This year's National Championships course of fire was reduced because of the late start on the day due to the fog on Century Range. Once the fog lifted at about 09:45 the the match started at 200 yards with 2 sighters and 10 rounds fired off-hand, followed by 2 sighters and 10 rounds sitting rapid. There were a few issues with the marking in the butts during the rapid fire stages that we all need to get right the next time out, but in the end the shooters were given the benefit of the doubt. The 300 yard stage was again only 10 rounds with a full 20 rounds to count at 600 yards. Generally the weather though cold at the start was ideal with very little wind in the morning that did not build up in speed until after lunch. Thanks must go to some of Newbury ATC Cadets who helped out in the butts and were given a go with some of our hardware at 600 yards when the Match was finished. John Morgan-Hosey took the honours in the Service Rifle Class and Bill Ellis took honours in the Match Rifle Class, a strange coincidence that they were both using John Holliger built White Oak Precision uppers.

Positions within United States NRA Highpower Classification System
The Classification Positions have been determined based on the Current Classifications listed on the HRA Website which were correct to date January 2007. If you don not have a current Classification you have been listed as Unclassified, Scoped and Veteran have been grouped together because of the small number of entries.
