This match format was shot for the second time on Saturday 15th March 2008 as 200 yards was not available. Two relays of 300 yards prone rapid fire followed by two relays of 600 yards slowfire. Weather was better than forecast and the expected rain held off for most of the day. Cross lane firing was prevalent catching at least two shooters out and one of them twice. A couple of competitors used the day as an opportunity to check the zeros for the Long Range Civilian Service Rifle Match on the Sunday and shot off bipods so their scores will not be used for classification.
